While we run our negative-air HEPA purification machine, we also fog the surfaces and air in the affected areas. This process eliminates 99% of all mold/toxins in the air and on affected surfaces. We use a non-toxic, human-friendly product to ensure safety.

Once step 2 is done, we move on to encapsulation. This is where we encapsulate the affected surfaces and create a non-organic mold resistant layer. This leaves the affected surfaces with a mold/mildew resistant cover, helping prevent mold growth in problem areas.
